Manual pump until the correct traction angle and correct amount of stretch/release as required by the comfort or doctors is achieved. If necessary, adjust the left and right sides separately. Once comfort and symptom relief is achieved, the adjustment is complete. When the peak pressure is reached, close the ball valves. 4. The device can be used 2-3 times a day for a maximum of 20-30 minutes each time (but the main traction is merely 1-3 minutes). 5. After use, open the ball valves and gradually loosen the air valves, so that the air is slowly discharged. Do not press the device. 6.
