Cotilax by Specchiasol is a supplement based on lactulose and medicinal herbs that help maintain intestinal transit. Lactulose helps speed up intestinal transit, while plum, ash, manna, mallow, and tamarind contribute to regular intestinal transit. Cotilax also contains fennel, which is useful for promoting gastrointestinal motility and eliminating gas. The beneficial effect is obtained with a dose of 10 g of lactulose per day. It is recommended to take it after dinner or in the morning on an empty stomach with plenty of water. Adults: 20 ml. For children 3 years and older, reduce the dose by half. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
