Description

For common faults such as being able to open the door with a remote key but unable to start the car, or a red steering wheel lock warning symbol appearing on the instrument cluster, these indicate a potential issue with the steering column lock. In some vehicles, operation may continue temporarily after synchronizing CAS and ELV systems. A new ELV emulator can resolve these issues for mini cars equipped with CAS2, CAS3, or CAS3+ systems that include a steering column lock function. When experiencing these faults, simply remove the original steering column lock connector and install the emulator to enable immediate engine start. No programming required. Fitment: E60, E84, E87, E90, E93 models from 2004 to 2014. Compatible with 3 Series, 5 Series, X1, X3, X5, X6 vehicles equipped with CAS2 or CAS3 systems. Color: Black. Material: Plastic.
