Description

The Fleur de sel de Camargue Metal tin from Provence d'Antan is an ideal condiment to use just before serving, on ready meals, grilled meats and fish. Do not use in cooking water. The Camargue is a land of salt, the exceptional climatic conditions due to its sunshine and its winds (Mistral and Tramontane) accelerate the evaporation of sea water. Melting and tasty, the Fleur de sel is used by the biggest cooks. It is advisable to sprinkle with it when serving.
