Il Cerreto ancient durum wheat fusilli is a 100% made in Italy pasta with raw materials of Tuscan origin. For this pasta, only ancient durum wheat of the “Cappelli” and “Turanico” variety, among the most valuable, are used. The pasta is bronze drawn, a process that leaves the pasta "wrinkled" and suitable for holding the condiments once served, and is then dried at low temperatures to keep all its organoleptic properties intact. Cooking time: 8/10 minutes.
