This dual-axis solar tracker controller kit provides precise automated sun tracking for optimal solar panel efficiency. The system uses a sophisticated internal and external ring hole sensor to detect the sun's exact position. The controller analyzes the sensor signal and directs the movement of a platform with two degrees of freedom, compatible with 12V or 24V DC brush motors (single motor current under 15A). The kit includes a main controller, a sunlight sensor, and a main distribution box. The main controller features a robust waterproof housing with six waterproof connection sockets, a clear display, and six buttons for manual operation, parameter display, and settings. It is designed for easy wall mounting. For correct installation, mount the sunlight sensor on the platform's upper level, parallel to the top plane, with its outlet hole facing downward. In the Northern Hemisphere, position it on the eastern edge of the platform's northern side; in the Southern Hemisphere, use the eastern edge of the southern side. Install the main distribution box near the base column, protected from weather, with its outlet facing down to prevent water ingress. Limit switches are required for all four directions of movement. Wiring can be configured either by using an external normally-closed micro-switch to control the motor circuit directly or by inputting the signal to the controller via a normally-open contact switch. Ensure all switches and components are rated for the necessary current.
