Muria's flower honey is the first honey in Europe to come from sustainable forests with PEFC certification. Beekeepers collect flower honey from PEFC-certified forests. Controlled actions are carried out in these forests to promote the ecosystem and biodiversity, respecting the chain of custody. Honey is treated in the same way during packaging, as its packaging is 100% plastic-free. Both the lid and label are made of PEFC-certified cardboard and paper, and the jar is made of glass, so that customers can reuse it. - Color : Amber, from light to dark. - Aroma : Floral, intense and persistent. - Production area : Limestone and warm areas of Catalonia and the East and South of the Iberian Peninsula on PEFC-certified land. - Technological treatments : Packaged at room temperature, heat to temperatures below 45º. - Product shelf life : Two years, and not exceeding 40 mg/kg HMF. - Taste : Dominantly sweet, sometimes with sour or salty notes. Drink it alone or dissolved in hot or cold beverages. It can also be used as an ingredient in all types of sauces, dishes, cosmetics, and food preparations intended for human and animal care. Not recommended for children under 2 years old. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
