Instructions: Unpacking and installation: The microscope package is foam and carton; the main unit is packed in plastic bags, the target is on a transparent plastic box, and the eyepiece is in a plastic bag. Care should be taken when installing. Adjustment of the microscope: 1. Insert the eyepiece into the eyepiece tube and screw the objective lens into the objective lens transducer at different magnifications from low to high. Then place the sample on the stage, secure it to the position with a tablet, and move to the center of the stage. 2. Turn on the power switch and slowly adjust the brightness from dark to light. After working, you must first adjust the brightness to a darker level before turning it off. 3. First observe the sample from a lower magnification objective, move the sample to the center of the field of view, and then rotate the objective lens at a higher magnification. You can use the fine focus knob to get a clear image. When using a 100X (soil) objective; you should fill the cedarwood oil (without air bubbles) between the front of the objective and the surface of the sample.
