MT6701 is a of magnetic Angle encoder chip based on differential Hall induction principle. MT6701 senses the component of the magnetic field perpendicular to the chip , and with the rotation of a pair of magnetic radial magnets on the chip . MT6701 outputs 0-360 angle signals.. In addition to providing ABZ/UVW incremental output and Analog/PWM absolute Angle output, the MT6701 provides 14 bit digital Angle output via the / interface. In addition to rotation Angle measurement, the MT6701 also offers a "push" output to enable single-chip button (rotation + ) functionality.
