If your original motor is 250W, achieving higher speeds may be limited due to motor constraints. The motor may not support speeds up to 38km/h. Two speed modes: (1) Low speed mode up to 20km/h (factory default). (2) High speed mode up to 38km/h. Installation Steps 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the display on the stem. Keep these screws for reassembly. 3. Open the stem cover to access the display and wiring. Locate the connector in the middle of the wire and disconnect it. 4. Connect the speed controller between the display and the wire, ensuring proper alignment and avoiding damage to internal pins. 5. Place the controller inside the stem and secure the cover with the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth board to turn on the scooter. 7. Press the brake three times, then press the throttle three times. The display will show "38", indicating the update process has started. Do not operate the scooter during this time. Wait until the display shows "0", indicating completion. Turn off the scooter, then restart it. The scooter should now reach speeds up to 38km/h. Test accordingly.
