Philodendron 'McColley's Finale' Ø5.5cm

Philodendron McColleys Finale is a compact Philodendron with leaves that transition from intense burgundy-red to dark green as they mature. Easy to care for, ideal for small spaces. A spectacular plant that brings vivid color to any interior. Care instructions Philodendron McColleys Finale prefers a moderate watering regime, allowing the substrate to partially dry between waterings. Check moisture by inserting your finger 3-4 cm into the substrate - water when dry at this level. During the warm season, this means watering every 7-10 days, depending on temperature and humidity. In winter, reduce frequency to once every 2-3 weeks. Overwatering is the main risk, potentially causing root rot. Yellowing leaves at the base are often a sign of excess water. On the other hand, leaves that soften and curl indicate the need for watering. Ideal ambient humidity is 50-65%. Philodendron McColleys Finale tolerates standard household humidity well but benefits from increased moisture. A humidifier, grouping with other plants or placing on a tray with wet pebbles can help, especially during the heating season. Use room temperature water, filtered or left to sit for 24 hours. Water evenly until water flows through the drainage holes, then empty the saucer after 15-20 minutes to prevent water stagnation. Specifications Pot diameter: 5.5 cm Total height (incl. pot): 10 cm
